Who is responsible

The program

Sveifla runs on your computer. Your hand histories and the databases built from them stay on your computer. We do not upload them and we cannot see them.

This website

The website sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages.

Buying a licence

When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing details and payment details, and handles the payment, VAT and receipt. We receive your name, email address, country, order details and licence key. We use this to give you your licence, to support you and to meet our tax and accounting duties.

Licence checks

The program contacts the licence service to check your licence key and to count how many computers use it. This sends your licence key and a name for your computer. It does not send any hand history data.

Emails

If you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you and to handle follow-up questions. We send no marketing email unless you ask for it.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you and to show what was agreed, for up to 2 years after your last message, and are then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email support@sveifla.app. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
