Refunds
You can ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to explain why.
How to ask
- Email support@sveifla.app from the address you used to buy, or include your order number.
- We confirm your request and start the refund.
- The money goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
What happens to your licence
After a refund your licence key is deactivated and Sveifla stops running in licensed mode. Your own data stays on your computer.
Other rights
This refund promise comes on top of your statutory rights as a consumer, which stay in force. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so the refund itself may be issued through them.
Free trial and not-for-resale copies are not purchases, so they have nothing to refund.
