1. Who we are
Sveifla is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 27192488 and VAT number NL001795439B61, at Westerstraat 42, Unit 22, 3016 DH Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Sveifla. You can reach us at support@sveifla.app.
2. What you are buying
Sveifla is a desktop program for Windows and macOS that analyses online poker hand histories. We sell it as a licence in two editions, Basic and Pro. What each edition includes is shown on our licences section and is part of these terms. You pay once. There is no subscription.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which collects your payment and issues your receipt and licence key. Their terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in euros and include any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country.
4. Your licence
- The licence is personal and non-transferable. You may use Sveifla on up to 2 computers that you own or use yourself.
- You may not resell, share, rent or publish your licence key, or make the program available to others.
- You may not copy, decompile or modify the program, except where the law allows it regardless of this agreement.
- You get all updates within the major version you bought for free. A new major version may be sold separately.
- We may deactivate a licence that is shared, resold or obtained by a chargeback or fraud.
5. Free trial
New users can try Sveifla free for 14 days. The trial has no obligation. When it ends, you need a licence to keep using the program.
6. Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund page for how it works.
7. Not-for-resale copies
We sometimes give reviewers, coaches and testers a free licence marked not for resale (NFR). It works like a normal licence, may not be sold, transferred or shared, and can be withdrawn if it is misused.
8. Your data
Your hand histories and the databases Sveifla builds from them stay on your computer. See the privacy policy for what we do collect.
9. Poker sites
Sveifla is not affiliated with or endorsed by any poker site. You are responsible for following the rules of the sites where you play, including their rules about hand histories and third-party software.
10. Warranty and liability
We aim to deliver a program that works as described. If it does not, tell us at support@sveifla.app and we will fix it or refund you. Sveifla shows statistics from the data you provide and does not give gambling or financial advice. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except for damage caused by intent or gross negligence and anything the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought stays valid for your licence, unless a change is to your benefit or required by law.
12. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you.
